FISHBONE 2024 Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon

Sauvignon Blanc (60%) Semillon (40%)              ABV 13.4%

Pale straw in color with a faint lime green rim, this wine exudes a complex, spicy perfume with aromas of fragrant white fruits and cut straw.
 
On the palate, it is dry with soft acidity and fine tannins offering flavors of poached pear and a subtle hint of cinnamon spice.

The wine finishes with impressive length leaving a lingering complexity.
