Bright ruby in colour with lifted aromatics of ripe, black cherries with hints of mushroom, lightly roasted coffee and dark chocolate. 
The medium bodied palate offers a never ending array of flavour layers with subtle tannins, delicate red fruits all balanced by a fine chalky acidity integrated with lightly toasted French oak sustaining a long and elegant finish.

 A Pinot Noir which is simply deliciously drinkable.
