Grape Variety: Chardonnay 

ABV 12.5%

 Lifted & complex aromas of white nectarine, fuji apple, & lemon zest complexed by fennel seed, subtle oak spice & toasted almond.
The palate shows great balance between generosity & restraint, juicy lemon citrus to the fore supported by grilled lime & 
a hint of nougat. The chalky texture creates a feeling of breadth which belies the moreish acidity.
A wine of great character, balance & length.
