JUNIPER 2022 Crossing Range White

Semillon (60%), Sauvignon Blanc (40%)       ABV 13%
Star bright, pale straw in colour. The bouquet is of fresh citrus blossom, sliced apple, gooseberry fool, lemon curd  & blackcurrant notes with a suggestion of crushed herbs & beeswax. 
Light to medium-bodied with a gorgeously rounded, textural mouthfeel. A riper expression showing white peach, lime & grapefruit flavours with subtle hints of passionfruit, fennel & salinity. Lingering, dry, zesty, citrus finish.
